Phacil Selected by DSS to Provide Cyber Security Support< Back to news
Phacil, an award winning company delivering leading technology solutions to the Federal Government, announced today that it had been selected to provide information assurance (IA) support to the Computer Network Defense (CND) support function services for the Defense Security Service (DSS).
Phacil’s Cyber team will deliver Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE), support for the Enterprise Security System (ESS), and perform certification and accreditation (C&A) support. All work is conducted across DSS administrative networks, Classified Data Network (CDN), Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Systems (JWICS), GIG networks, and other non-networked systems. In addition, Phacil also provides Computer Network Defense (CND) and continuous monitoring support.
“Phacil is excited to be working with DSS and expand our cyber portfolio,” noted Executive Vice President, Mike McDermott. “This contract award will enable Phacil to continue providing the best IT solutions necessary to ensure success across the wide spectrum of DSS processes.
Phacil plans to execute the project from Quantico, Virginia and Arlington, Virginia.
