Phacil, Inc. selected as an awardee on the Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services (ITES-3S) Full and Open Contract Vehicle
McLean, Virginia, November 15, 2018 – Phacil, Inc. an employee-owned leading provider of mission-focused technology solutions & services for the Federal Government, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a spot as a Prime, full and open contractor on the $12.1 billion United States Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract vehicle.
ITES-3S is a follow-on award to the service’s ITES-2S contract that was awarded to 16 prime contractors in 2006. ITES-3S is a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle consisting of 135 awards; 85 awards were issued to small business. The contract’s period of performance is five years, plus four one-year options for a total of nine years if all options are exercised. ITES-3S task orders cover nearly all facets of Enterprise IT, including: telecommunications, cybersecurity, supply-chain management, education, training, integration and consolidation, process engineering and operation and maintenance. Ordering under ITES-3S is de-centralized and provides enterprise-wide services to create end-to-end solutions for the Army, all DoD agencies, and other Federal agencies

The Department of the Army, Assistant Secretary for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)), Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), has a requirement for the third iteration of Information Technology Enterprise Solutions (ITES) Services (ITES-3S) for enterprise mission support service solutions. Managed by the U.S. Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract will continue for a period of nine years. The firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials contract is expected to serve as the primary source of information technology (IT)-related services for the U.S. Army across the globe.
