Phacil, an award winning company delivering leading technology solutions to the Federal Government, announced today a contract win with the National Science Foundation (NSF). Phacil will provide support to the Division of Information Systems (DIS), a division within NSF’s Office of Information and Resource Management (OIRM).
The purpose of this contract is to provide on-site operations and maintenance through data center and infrastructure support services. This includes resources for the operations and maintenance of the servers, software, network components, image management, asset refresh, operational security, FISMA compliance, and upper-tier service desk support.
“We are excited at the opportunity to work with NSF, improving the availability, reliability, and scalability of NSF’s current IT Infrastructure,” stated Phacil Senior Program Manager, Amy Newman. “With our past experience and success standardizing and improving IT infrastructures we are eager to start this operation.” Phacil will perform the work at the NSF office in Arlington, VA.
