Phacil is an award winning company delivering leading technology solutions to the Federal Government. The Company is one of only 15 companies selected to prime the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) program under the Unrestricted Functional Category 1 track.
EAGLE II is managed by DHS’s Office of Procurement Operations’ Contract Management Division, and provides Information Technology (IT) support services to multiple DHS programs. Under the award, Phacil will compete to provide a full range of IT services, technical and management expertise, and solution-related enabling IT products to meet the mission needs of the DHS on a global basis.
