Phacil Announces Executive Promotions

Phacil, an award-winning company delivering leading technology solutions to the Federal Government, announced the promotion of two executives. Arman Afsar and Harry Bartel have both been promoted to the newly created positions of Vice President of Operations, with Mr. Afsar overseeing the Western U.S. and Mr. Bartel overseeing the Eastern U.S. These new assignments have been made in response to the company’s rapid growth and to help support future expansion.

Mr. Afsar joined Phacil in 2011 as a Program Manager. In 2012, he was awarded Phacil’s Program Manager of the Year and was then promoted to Senior Program Manager. He came to Phacil with over 30 years of experience in information technology, telecom, and other service industries.

Mr. Bartel joined Phacil in 2008 as a Customer Relationship Manager and over the last six years has received four promotions. He was the recipient of Phacil’s first Program Manager of the Year award. Mr. Bartel came to Phacil after over 23 years in the U.S. Army and is a recognized expert in IT support.
