At Phacil, since our foundation as a small, minority owned business, we have always embraced diversity and inclusion. It has been embedded into our culture from the start. All employees have a voice and a say in what we do and how we do it. It is a core principle in our day to day management of our company and it must be at the forefront of our relations with those who work with us and those whom we serve as a service provider. Talent must and will come from all genders, races, religious and ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations. To be intolerant in this day and age is unacceptable and Phacil maintains a strict code of conduct in regards to this subject with zero tolerance towards discrimination or harassment in any form.
Phacil has created a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee dedicated to furthering the mission of D&I. The council serves as an advisory body to help company leadership understand the complexities and nuances associated with D&I program success and to stay in tune with workforce, marketplace and industry trends and viewpoints. Through the Committee, Phacil will sponsor events both internal and external to the company that will help promote D&I and further educate and advance the organization on the importance and relevance of D&I.
It is our goal to continue and enhance Phacil as a company where every employee feels valued and included. Our Committee is comprised of an Executive Sponsor, Co-Chairs, an Advisor, and eight Committee Members from various departments and locations throughout the company.
With more focused D&I at Phacil, we will be able to leverage the collective wisdom of a variety of viewpoints and a multitude of different experiences to make Phacil a more robust company and great place to work.
