Headquartered in Arlington, VA, Phacil was incorporated in 2001 and became an employee-owned company in 2016. Our internal mantra is “ferocious execution”, which simply put, means that our employee-owners go the extra mile to ensure that nothing but the best is delivered to exceed our customers’ expectations and needs. Our proven-track record of excellence is a testimony of our can-do attitude. We have grown over 400% in the past six years with a compounded annual growth rate of 31% since 2010.
