Below is a partial list of contract vehicles under which customers may obtain Phacil services. The list includes Multiple-Agency contracts, Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Agency-Specific contracts (Multiple Award contracts), and GSA Schedules.

GSA Schedule 70
The Information Technology Schedule 70 assists the federal government in procuring Information Technology (IT) professional services and solutions to promote agencies’ IT missions.

US Navy SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e)
Phacil is a prime contract holder of SeaPort-E, an ID/IQ multiple award contract from the US Navy that provides services solicited by Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the United States Marine Corps. There are 22 functional service areas within the scope of the contracts ranging from Research and Development, System Engineering and Process Engineering, and Modeling and Simulation Analysis to Logistics, Program Support, Public Affairs, and Multimedia.

GSA Alliant Small Business - Coming Soon!
The GSA Alliant Small Business (SB) vehicle is a Multiple Award, ID/IQ contract designed to provide worldwide IT solutions to federal agencies, while strengthening federal contracting opportunities for small business concerns.  Alliant SB provides small businesses opportunities to fairly compete and grow their businesses before moving into unrestricted acquisition environments.

Federal Aviation Administration Broad Information Technology and Telecommunication Services Contract (FAA BITS II)
FAA’s BITS II contracts are ID/IQ contracts, with a total of 35 being awarded to Small, Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses. Phacil, as subcontractor to Cherokee Information Systems, works under the BITS II contract for an expanded array of Information Technology services, as well as engineering, technical, programmatic, analytical and telecommunication support services. Requirements include, but are not limited to, applications programming, testing, requirements analysis, design and development of automated systems for such areas as financial and program management, procurement support, travel, training, FAA government operations and supply functions, as well as FAA government research and development efforts for national and international telecommunications issues and airways system support.

US Army Rapid Response Support Contract under VSE Corporation
Phacil is part of the VSE Corporation team that has been awarded a multi-year Rapid Response support contract by the US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. The contract requires the VSE team, including Phacil, to provide CECOM with a broad spectrum of services to research, develop, upgrade, install, test, operate, maintain and support new and existing Government platforms, systems, and subsystems.  The contract, time and materials, and firm fixed price, includes a total ceiling of $2.9 billion over an eight-year period, if all options are exercised. The contract is a Multiple Award, ID/IQ contract.
