Phacil Employees’ Commitment to the Company:
Commit to a minimum of 40 work hours per week.
Strive to contribute to a positive and professional company atmosphere, and agree not to participate in any actions
or activities that might disparage the Company or any of its partners and customers.
Strive to “wow” customers through hard work, timely performance, and on-budget delivery.
All customer phone calls are returned by the end of each day; return every email, every day.
100% of focus is on execution. The Company’s survival and ultimate success, rests on Employee commitment
to execute each and every day.
Do not put off until tomorrow what can be done today.
Do whatever it takes to please our customers.
