We believe it is part of our responsibility to support our local communities and our country. Phacil starts with our employees. Non Profit and Community Outreach

Phacil has been a consistent financial contributor to nonprofit organizations, particularly those that focus on at-risk youth and the military community.

Phacil has been a strong supporter of Summer Search and De La Salle Academy, organizations which provide educational and professional development assistance to at-risk minority youths who show leadership potential. Phacil has supported a few other organizations as well that provide opportunities to at-risk youths, including After School All-Stars, DC United’s Kicks for Kids and a Child Literacy Program at Schriever Air Force Base.

In the Military community, Phacil has been a contributor to Remembering the Brave and USO World Headquarters. As mentioned above, Phacil is also an Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) partner, providing priority hiring status to Army participants upon their completion of military service.

Summer Search:
Phacil’s involvement with Summer Search has included sponsoring and hosting various workshops for Summer Search alumni on how to interview successfully and get hired. Phacil also provides paid summer internship programs for Summer Search students.
