Phacil Wins USDA NRCS Contract Arlington, VA – October 24, 2011
Phacil, Inc., an award-winning ISO 9001:2008 registered Government Contractor, announced winning a task order with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to support the Conservation Delivery Streamlining Initiative (CDSI). The task order was competed through the GSA Alliant Small Business vehicle.
Phacil will provide software development related services for the CDSI Toolbox system, including analyzing business requirements, translating requirements into detailed specifications, and developing a software design that adheres to Federal (FEA), Departmental (USDA), Agency (NRCS), and Project (CDSI) level architectural standards. When fully implemented, the CDSI Toolbox will enable NRCS to transform into new streamlined business processes and models, and will impact almost every major conservation assistance activity.
