Phacil, Inc., an award-winning, ISO 9001:2008 registered Government Contractor, announced that its customer satisfaction scores crushed the average Microsoft Certified Partner score in every category in surveys done as part of the Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Phacil scored a perfect 100% in the categories of Customer Loyalty Segmentation, Satisfied, Likely to Recommend, and Likely to Repurchase. In the categories of Overall Performance, Ease of Doing Business, Quality of Communications, Quality of Support, Value Received, and Ability to Meet Needs, Phacil scored above 90%, while the average Microsoft Gold Certified Partner scored between 66% to 74%.

About the Customer Satisfaction Survey
The Customer Satisfaction Index tool is delivered by TNS Global, a third party market research company. Microsoft provides these surveys for its partner network, and participation is required to achieve Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status. TNS surveyed Phacil’s customers on their level of satisfaction with Phacil, and compared our survey results to all other Microsoft partners participating in the survey.
