Phacil, Inc. an award-winning, ISO 9001:2008 registered Government Contractor announced today that its Co-Founders, Rafael Collado and Sascha Mornell, were jointly selected by the U.S. Small Business Administration as the 2010 New Jersey State Small Business Person of the Year. This is the second time that Phacil’s founders have been selected for this recognition, the first was in 2007.

Evaluation criteria for the award includes staying power of the business, growth in number of employees, increase in sales volume, current and past financial performance, innovativeness of service offered, response to adversity, and contributions to community oriented projects.
