Regular full-time employees are eligible to join Phacil’s 401(k) plan immediately upon hire with no vesting period. Phacil’s 401k plan is with one of the top providers of retirement plans, Fidelity. |

| Roth 401(k) |

Regular full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a Roth 401(k), provided through Fidelity – an option which has the potential for tax-free growth. This is a benefit that Phacil added as a result of feedback received through employee surveys on desired benefits. |

Regular full-time employees are eligible for education reimbursement after 30 days with Phacil. At Phacil, we encourage employees to continue developing their knowledge and skills. |
